If you are in need of a realtor, please go with Kimberly. From the first moment you speak with her, it is like connecting with an old friend. She was always available to respond to my incessant emails, texts, and calls. Literally even when she went on vacation she would respond within minutes. She's really great at picking out homes that fit your exact criterion and taste. One of my favorite things about her, is when you go see a home she really tells you like it is. She isn't trying to sell you anything but really tries to find the best fit for you and your family. She is there with you the entire time during the closing process and great at explaining things, especially to first time homeowners like ourselves! Even after we bought our house, she is there to answer questions we have and is still in touch with us. She is an incredible real estate agent and an amazing person! Can't recommend her enough.

Kimberly did a great job selling my condo. I felt like I was the most important person in her life at the time. Just the way you want to feel when making such a big transaction! She is the best of the best!

I moved to Colorado in 1992 to attend the University of Denver for my Master’s Degree in Environmental Economics. I quickly realized that Boulder was where I truly wanted to live, and commuted to D.U. my 2nd year of school.
My athletic passion led me to the world of professional cycling, where I raced for 9 years on the two international powerhouse teams; Saturn and T-Mobile, winning 3 national championships along the way.
I’ve been involved in real estate long before I got my license. I purchased my first condo on Pearl Street in Boulder in 1993; just 400 square feet. When my husband and I moved on to a slightly bigger townhome, we turned that condo into a rental. We are well versed in owning rental properties as well as using our own properties in the Vail Valley and Crested Butte as short term rentals.
I can honestly say I absolutely love my job. I’ve met the most fantastic people who have been my clients and become my close friends. I’m now working with a very strong referral network, all due to loyal and happy clients. My commitment and dedication to my sport now plays itself out in my commitment and dedication to my job as a real estate agent.
In 2013, my husband and I purchased our 2nd home in the Vail Valley and have never looked back. My husband now lives there full time and I go back and forth between Boulder and the Vail Valley for work. My office recently purchased the RE/MAX of Vail Valley office in Edwards so my dream has come true. I am now a member of both the Boulder area MLS as well as the Vail MLS and Board of Realtors. I’m so excited to be able to help clients in both markets now. It is truly a dream come true!
In my spare time, I race as a guide for my blind friend Michael Stone, owner of Colorado Multi-Sport. We’ve raced in several Xterra off-road triathlons around the country, most recently at the World Championships in Maui. And as a lover of animals, I donate yearly to my favorite animal sanctuaries; The Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keene, Colorado, Best Friends Society in Utah, the Boulder Humane Society, Luv’n Arms Farm Sanctuary in Erie, Rocky Mountain Cocker Rescue in Denver, and Old Friends Dog Sanctuary in Tennessee.
